ProgenixLabz Affiliate Terms & Marketing Compliance Policy

Effective September 2026

As an approved affiliate of ProgenixLabz, Affiliate agrees that all advertising, promotional content, social-media activity, and other marketing relating to ProgenixLabz or its products must comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and ProgenixLabz brand standards.

A. Prohibited Health and Medical Claims

Affiliate shall not make, publish, endorse, or imply any health, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, weight-loss, body-composition, muscle-growth, performance-enhancement, disease-treatment, or human-use claim regarding any ProgenixLabz product. Affiliate shall not represent or imply that any product is safe, effective, approved, or intended for human consumption or administration.

B. Pharmaceutical and Third-Party Trademark Restrictions

Affiliate shall not use third-party pharmaceutical brand names, trademarks, or other protected commercial names in connection with the promotion of ProgenixLabz products without prior written authorization from ProgenixLabz. Affiliate shall not make comparisons or references that suggest a ProgenixLabz research product is equivalent to, interchangeable with, or a substitute for an approved pharmaceutical product.

C. Required Research-Use-Only Disclosure

Promotional content relating to ProgenixLabz products must clearly and conspicuously communicate: FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY — NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. The disclosure must be reasonably noticeable to the audience and may not be hidden, obscured, or presented in a manner likely to be overlooked.

D. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

Affiliate must clearly disclose the material relationship with ProgenixLabz whenever required by applicable advertising law or regulation, including applicable FTC endorsement and testimonial requirements. Affiliate shall not conceal the fact that Affiliate may receive compensation from purchases generated through an affiliate link or promotional code.

E. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Affiliate shall not encourage, demonstrate, describe, or provide instructions concerning human dosing, administration, injection, consumption, treatment protocols, cycles, or other personal use of ProgenixLabz research products. Affiliate may not use before-and-after claims, personal-use testimonials, patient testimonials, or similar content to imply therapeutic or physiological results from ProgenixLabz products.

F. Monitoring and Removal

ProgenixLabz may require Affiliate to modify or remove content that ProgenixLabz reasonably determines violates these requirements. Affiliate agrees to promptly comply with such a request.

G. Enforcement

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or immediate termination of Affiliate participation in the ProgenixLabz Affiliate Program. ProgenixLabz may withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions attributable to transactions generated through prohibited or noncompliant promotional activity, to the extent permitted by the Affiliate Agreement and applicable law.

H. Continuing Responsibility

Affiliate is independently responsible for ensuring that Affiliate advertising and promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements. Approval as a ProgenixLabz affiliate does not constitute approval of any particular advertisement, statement, post, video, hashtag, or other promotional content.

Program Participation

Affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by ProgenixLabz. Affiliate must provide accurate information and may not misrepresent an affiliation with, employment by, or authority to speak on behalf of ProgenixLabz.

By submitting an affiliate application and accepting these terms, Affiliate acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Terms & Marketing Compliance Policy.
